An effects program.
Not particularly interesting, I just couldn't find a free program that worked
Written in C++ using the FLTK library, it's user interface designer, and the BASS sound library (though I probably could've written it using DirectX almost as easily).
At some point I plan to add some actual custom effects, right now it's just the builtin ones.
